Turnaround
The turnaround time on your order from Printex Worldwide begins after payment is received in full, all necessary information (including artwork and shipping details) is provided, and your mocks have been approved. Failure to promptly provide any of this information could cause delays in production. Most mocks are sent within 24 hours of payment and receipt of all necessary information. Our current average turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days plus shipping, but this may be longer for complex orders or add-ons. Delays in mock-up approval may also result in production delays. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be indicated on your quote and invoice.
If you have a specific deadline for your order, please inform us when placing your order, and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you fail to inform us of a due date until after your order has been paid for and processed, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Additionally, circumstances beyond Printex Worldwide's control, such as weather delays or shipping errors by the supplier, may require additional time and are not included in the initial turnaround time estimate.
Minimums
All minimums for Printex Worldwide are listed independently through our website, but an approximate condensed version is:
- 1-3 Ink Colors: 120 Pieces (10dz) Minimum
- 4-8 Ink Colors: 240 Pieces (20dz) Minimum
If you have any questions about our minimums that cannot be answered in the information above or on our website, please contact us.
Terms
Orders must be paid in full before the order begins unless otherwise approved by Printex Wordwide staff. If you pay via check, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.
Example: ULTRA, Inc. emails Printex Worldwide about placing a T-Shirt order. Printex Worldwide sends ULTRA a Quote. ULTRA approves the quote and Printex Worldwide sends an Invoice. ULTRA waits 3 weeks, then pays for the order. Once payment is received, Printex Worldwide places the order on the schedule.
Artwork
All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the size you would like it to print. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Printex Worldwide will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Printex Worldwide is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.
Art Approval | Order Proofing
To ensure accuracy, all artwork must be reviewed and approved by the customer through a digital mock-up sent via email. The mock-up should be carefully checked for spelling, color, size, placement, and overall accuracy of the artwork, as it will be used to print the garments. Please note that Printex Worldwide cannot be held responsible for any requested corrections that were not implemented or requested after artwork approval. Any changes requested after approval may result in production delays and additional expenses. Moreover, delays in the approval process exceeding 24 hours after receiving the mock-up may also cause production delays.
Out of Stock Items
Please be advised that Printex Worldwide is not liable for any items that are out of stock. Although we take precautions to identify potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If any items become unavailable, we will inform you and provide a list of potential replacements. We will not use any alternative items without your approval.
Collar & Seam Printing
Printex Worldwide uses the latest equipment available for printing, but it is possible for inconsistencies in registration and ink coverage to occur near or over edges such as collars, seams, zippers, pockets, or any other borders. Additionally, large prints may extend beyond the sleeve seam. Please note that such variations are acceptable and cannot be reprinted.
Specific Measurements When Printing
Printex Worldwide's printers have over 20 years of experience, however, it is impossible to accurately and efficiently measure the distance from the collar on each shirt, as each garment is loaded onto the press manually. If you request a print that is 4" down from the collar, we will use this as a guide and strive to ensure that all shirts meet this standard. Nonetheless, not all shirts will be precisely 4" down, with a potential deviation of up to an inch in either direction. As such, these variations will not be considered misprints, and Printex Worldwide will not reprint or refund these shirts.
Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $50.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that's what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, changes become costly and time consuming.
Example: ULTRA places an order for 100 Next Level shirts in Black. Printex Worldwide then orders the shirts to prepare for printing. Two days later, ULTRA wants to change the order to now print on 100 Next Level White shirts. Printex Worldwide has to re-write the order and ship the black shirts back to the supplier (paying a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs) then pay to have them ship new shirts out.
Must-Have Dates
Printex Worldwide will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
Shipping
Printex Worldwide cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Examples: UPS cannot deliver your package on time due to inclement weather. | UPS delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time.
Under-Runs & Spoilage
Due to the nature of this business, Printex Worldwide will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% on jobs of 120 shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 120 pieces. (Spoilage must be at least 12 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 12 shirts minimum).
Returned Checks
There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.
Pricing
Printex Worldwide reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: ULTRA, Inc. looks at the pricing on Printex Worldwide s website on Monday. On Tuesday, Printex Worldwide changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices. Later that day, ULTRA, Inc. contacts Printex Worldwide unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. ULTRA, Inc. places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.
Garment Disclaimer
Printex Worldwide cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing defects including color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose or inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects such as holes or ripped seams. Although we make every effort to inspect the garments before printing, we cannot guarantee each item as we are not the manufacturers and cannot ensure their construction. To avoid any shortage, we recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if the exact count is critical. It is worth noting that some manufacturers may over-dye their garments, which means re-dyeing them after the initial manufacturing process, for example, to correct color or clear out unsold stock by changing its color. For this reason, we cannot guarantee 100% color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge-based services such as Premium Standard. This is particularly noticeable with white ink prints, which may show a slight off-white tinge, and sometimes with other colors as well. If you have concerns about over-dying or require more information on alternative print methods, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.
Satisfaction Clause
Printex Worldwide will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.
Quality Assurance
We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. Printex Worldwide will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. Printex Worldwide also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Printex Worldwide does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.
Claims & Reprints
Our top priority at Printex Worldwide is to ensure that all orders leaving our facility are accurate. Regardless of the size of your order, we value each of our customers and strive to maintain your satisfaction. In case any order is printed differently than the mock-up approved, a reprint will be granted for the defective product. We request all claims to be submitted within 72 hours of delivery date via email to info@printexww.com. If the error is caused by Printex Worldwide, we take full responsibility for the mistake and will reprint the shirts printed in error. However, we do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate. Please note that you must ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop at your expense. We will provide you with a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Printex Worldwide will not be held accountable for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.
Example: If you order 100 shirts and you've sold 15 but then you discover a print defect and you return only 85 shirts to Printex Worldwide we are only responsible for the reprinting of the remaining 85 shirts).

Printex Worldwide will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the manufacturing, pricing, sale and distribution of merchandise.
